Helpful Haven is a wellness experience that is planned to be held annually at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. In April of 2023, the three brands that’d be invited to collaborate and provide services within this space include Little Words Project, Happy Ice and Rare Beauty. The goal of Helpful Haven is to bring forth an area that festival attendees can visit throughout their long weekend at Coachella — whether it’s to relax for a second or enjoy interactive activities with friends.
To spread positivity and bring awareness to what the fund stands for, there will be a letter activity in the space that gives people the opportunity to write a positive saying or words of encouragement to someone in need and read others that have already been put up.
To incorporate branding into the space, the front entrance is shaped as a petal of the lotus flower and is surrounded by a pink floral wall. This not only draws attention, but also sets a peaceful, friendly mood for attendees as they enter. Lattice fencing is used around the entire space, serving as an eye-catching form of privacy that allows plenty of airflow.
